I was born and raised in Paris, France. I moved to New York more than two decades ago to pursue a BFA in communication at Parson School of Design and have been living in New York City ever since. My first career was in advertising at a Manhattan International creative agency, where I became President. After a number of years and significant personal losses, I left the creative industry to pursue my profound interest in human nature and my true passion for psychotherapy. I completed a 6 years program and received an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies at NYGSP and graduated from New York City's CMPS (Center of Modern Psychoanalysis Studies).

My article, titled "The Transformative Power of Transference", was published in the Modern Psychoanalysis review. While pursuing my Certificate, I won the Gradiva's "Analyst in Training Writing Award" for my thesis titled "Terminal disease: A Journey into Madness."

Therapy can be an incredibly supportive and important opportunity for personal change. Being warm, curious, and genuinely caring about my clients has enabled me to support them in finding their way through depression, anxiety, stress, and other emotional disruptions so they can function and thrive in everyday life. In addition, my relational, non-judgmental, and accepting approach fosters connection with each client to promote progress and success in therapy.
I specialize in individual adult, teen as well as couples therapy. I strive to help clients understand the issues and dynamics that might be interfering with achieving their goals in their personal and professional life. My broad training in various therapeutic modalities allows me to use the most effective, results-oriented, evidence-based approaches personally tailored to your needs and goals.
