My Approach

My therapeutic approach for individual therapy is proactive as we strive to discover interventions and strategies based on deep understanding and your current goals that will enable helpful, and lasting change. Our therapeutic relationship and process help you understand the unconscious conflicts that are holding you back and work toward the alleviation of anxiety and depression. To this end, psychotherapy can have a liberating effects providing a greater self-understanding.

 

My approach to couple therapy is based on the evaluation of each partner’s value, strength and creativity. My truly innovative approach engendered a bespoke solution that relies principally on action technique to stimulate new perspective. I focus on positive technic of communication to build up durability respect and resilience in the relationship. I encourage the exploration of creative thinking which allowed for the creation of new association in place of old existing order. Creative thinking leads to new perspective. My technique will force each individual to identify the gap and missing elements of their relationship in order to obtain a new insight.
